Soon after founding Technical Services in 1986, Andy was back in the West End on a Sunday evening, repairing a refrigerator to enable a very grateful client to keep his customers happy. Technical Services became known as the company that would always go the extra mile. If something was humanly or mechanically possible it would be done, with discretion and without fuss, even on weekends and Bank Holidays. Introductions, referrals and recommendations followed. Technical Services' engineers were called upon to install and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning units across London.

Andy is the founding Director of Technical Services and is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the business. Andy has worked in the refrigeration and heating, ventilating and air-conditioning industry since 1978 and has built up a vast range of knowledge that enables him and his team to offer both practical and innovative solutions to client's problems. In addition to his engineering skills, Andy has an extensive network of contacts among suppliers, sub-contractors and equipment manufacturers.

Technical Services has a comprehensive knowledge of building services, with the ability to design, install, maintain, replace and upgrade both mechanical and electrical systems. We have particular expertise in multi-use and multi-occupied sites, whether freehold, leasehold or let. Through meticulous planning and coordination we can minimise inconvenience and achieve the desired results in the shortest possible timescale. We also have the ability to act as a single contractor or main contractor dependent on client requirements.
