Outside of your property boundaries, responsibility for pipeline maintenance lies with either your water and sewerage utility provider (such as Scottish Water) or the construction company that built your property.

If a pipeline defect has been identified, UMS may be able to help you repair it without the need for expensive and time consuming excavation and replacement. Our teams can install ambient curing patch liners up to 1 metre in length in pipes up to 450mm in diameter. After installation our teams will re-inspect the affected area to ensure it has been correctly repaired.

UMS can support your business by regularly cleaning and reviewing your underground assets. If you have a maintenance plan, we visit at agreed intervals to survey and clear the system.
