Ley Plant contracting services provide major earthworks and groundworks to infrastructure projects. From haul roads and drainage to utilities installation and major landscaping, we can provide an end to end service to make sure your job runs on time and budget. Our in house operatives use the latest laser surveying and setting out techniques, robust on time construction methods along with first class management leaving the works and site to the highest standards. We can work with project management scheduling systems aided by application based haulage control and GPS tracking of our vehicles.

Ley Plant is a family owned company. Our principle business of construction aggregate supply and haulage, earthworks, muckaway and recycling has been operating since 1988.

Ley plant pride ourselves on being the most cost effective and professional service in the industry. Our operations are also focussed on sustainability of the construction industry and re use of inert materials. We handle in excess of 300,000 tonnes of material per annum, typically bulk haulage of spoil from construction, excavation and demolition. Our permitted operations allow us to screen the incoming excavated product classified as a waste, and remove all recyclable aspects, recovering stone, sand and topsoil, which all go back into the construction cycle.

Ley Plant operate East Anglia's premiere fleet of grab lorries, equipped with VOSA compliant on board weighing equipment making sure you get value for money from your loads. Our grab fleet can remove up to 16 tonnes of inert excavation spoil per load and are excellent value for money compared to skip hire, needing no permits or road closures.

Our screening facility can recycle your construction, demolition and excavation waste on contract at up to 600 tonnes per hour. Call us with your major project requirements and we will undertake all permitting and operations with our mobile screening and bulk haulage equipment. We provide fill material for haul roads, foundations, over sites and utilities industries to name a few. We also provide high quality fill and top soil for noise bunds, reservoirs and other innovative projects.
