William Turnbull has over 50 years' experience in the pipeline and land drainage industry, and being raised in an agricultural family, also many years' of agricultural experience. W Turnbull Excavator Hire Ltd is committed to working alongside major gas and oil producers in order to improve land drainage for landowners with gas / oil pipelines on their land. Our team aim to work closely with gas / oil company personnel and most importantly, landowners themselves, in order to ensure the most effective drainage system is installed.
Upon making an initial enquiry with ourselves regarding any Land Drainage Works, an experienced and professional member of our team will arrange to carry out an initial site visit to assess the requirements of the works. This initial site visit will enable our team to gather information on the land, soil type, levels and services in the area. We will also complete utility searches of the affected area before any works begin to ensure utmost health and safety. Following an initial site visit, a report will be created to detail the works required.
With an account set up, we can supply you from our own inventory, or, we can procure any item of plant, materials or equipment you require should we not have it. We keep our systems straight forward and direct to ensure we meet your needs. At W Turnbull Excavator Hire Ltd, we operate excavations using two excavators, a Takeuchi TB290 - 9 tonne excavator and a Takeuchi TB2150 - 15 tonne tonne excavator. Both excavators are fitted with Powerhand / Steelwrist attachments, allowing 360 degree rotational use of the bucket.
