Front door still has a gap causing draught..called out twice.. no change..during pandemic didnt have energy to keep chasing them and didnt want another joker moving screws around...deserve better service than this...

Having seen lots of positive reviews before, we called for a quote from Barry Bolton to replace our front door. The process to get a quote was smooth and they offered very reasonable pricing. After a waiting period for manufacturing, we got the door installed in December. Initially, we had some fitting issues with the door frame but the company made sure to quickly come back and keep us informed about every step in the process.
Despite some challenges with availability due to Covid restrictions Barry Bolton handled our installation very professionally and to our full satisfaction.
We can highly recommend the professionalism and good workmanship and will happily use Barry Bolton again.

Ian and Simon did a great job fitting my two doors, the quality of the doors and the work is top class as always.
I have used Barry Bolton a number of times and would never look elsewhere as i know the job will be done and done properly and they are also Fensa registered.

A nice Guy visited and gave a quote. Two nice guys 'Ian and Simon' installed Gutters and Facias on my house and Neighbours. They had to get to the rear of our houses over two conservatories. Four days work, arrived at 09.00 prompt, worked hard as a Team, and always left the site tidy as they left. A job well done. Thank you.

This company is dangerous!!! I came home to find asbestos insulation board smash up all over my front garden. When questioned They lied and said they are licensed asbestos removers. They quickly and not safely removed as much Proof as they could. To this day months on we still have smashed up deris on our front garden and all over our loft. They have left me and my other half in a home and refused to come back, that could give us one of the worse deaths. They said in 25years of trading they have never came across this problem.... All that tells me is they have lied to a lot of customers and many more maybe living with what we are without knowing. Do not use this company !!!!!! They had there chance to fix this but are ignoring it.!!!!! I am also going to radio and other means as people need to know what they have done!

From start to finish this was carried out in a very professional manner. The salesman, Alan, took time to explain everything from what I had already installed, through the process of removal, then onto what I would like and how it can be achieved. A thoroughly professional service. The work was surveyed on time and the work began the week we had been told. The engineers, Ian and Martin were friendly knowledgeable and courteous to the neighbours, who can be difficult. The job was completed on time, snagging was dealt with as we went along and the engineers left the property tidy every day and cleaned down thoroughly on the last day. As advised by the salesman, we checked the work thoroughly before we completed payment to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Anne back in your office did sterling work fielding my questions over the whole process and, despite a small hiccup, we resolved the payment process swiftly. While not being the cheapest quote received the professional service from Alan at the beginning and the assurances provided, coupled with the work of Ian and Martin confirmed we instructed the right company. A great service in a very competitive market.

The worry about replacing the windows and door of my rental property was quickly taken away by Alan Cook - the Sales Manager. He advised on frame style, suitable openings, type of glazing etc. - Alan is indeed very efficient, knowledgeable, calm, but beyond that he is very personable. The whole team from Alan, Lee and the two installers (unfortunately I do not recall their names, but they will know who they are) were absolutely superb. For a double glazing company to go way outside of their particular capture area is quite extraordinary. High quality product, competitively affordable, but more importantly, you get that all round family-owned company experience from Barry Bolton Windows - I think that was definitely key for me. Barry Bolton fitted new windows for us a few years ago and the service was great so when we needed a new external door and facias doing we went straight to them for a quote. To be honest it was the only quote we got because we knew what great service and excellent standard of work we'd get.
superb work once might be a fluke, but repeated great work is not, it's a pattern.
