UPVC vertical sliding sash windows have been developed to replace the traditional wooden sash windows. In the event that any white or Woodgrain PVCU window or door installed by us develops a material fault due to defective materials or construction then if such fault develops and is notified to us in writing within 10 years of the date of the installation, we will repair or replace the window or door free of all charges for materials, however a labour charge may be applied. PVCu carries a 5 year colourfast guarantee. Hardwoods and Softwoods carry only a 5 year guarantee. Furniture and hardware on any product is guaranteed for a period of 1 year only.
