We operate from our fully equipped, 5000 ft2 door and joinery manufacturing facility located near Milton Keynes, close to Junction 14 of the M1 and the A45. Deliveries are made via our own transport which minimises damage and gives us the flexibility to meet customers required delivery dates and times. We have invested heavily in modern machinery which includes a 5 cutter, edge-bander, 1200mm wide belt sander and a CNC machine centre. These enable us to machine to a high degree of accuracy. Our dedicated spray shop enables us to apply various finishes including primed paint grade doors through to fully finished lacquered doors and paint finishes to RAL or BS numbers.
With our in house machine shop we are able to manufacture a high quality, wide and extensive range of bespoke joinery items, be it from an architects drawing for commercial use to a sketch of an idea you would like made, with our many years of experience we are able to advise in desighn and produce exactly what our clients require wether it be a one off item or a large quantity.
We can provide an in house machining service PAR or moulded sections, whether you require 5mtr or 500mtr, in both solid timber or MDF. We have a dedicated spray shop which can spray doors or joinery in a pre-catalyst, polyurthane or AC clear lacquers, spray finished to any colour sample provided or RAL number or primed. We have invested heavily in the latest CNC machining centre in order to keep up with our customers requirments, ie, Hinging, mortising, face plates, spy holes, letter boxes or vision panels in any door.
