Renown for their durability and weather resistance, sectional overhead doors are ideal for loading bays and access areas that need security, reliability and additional insulation. Insulated doors panels are constructed from 0.7mm or 0.5mm galvanised steel sheets, bonded together with CFC free polyurethane foam with integral thermal breaks, to provide a U value of 0.45w/m2oc. The combined effect of the panel insulation properties together with the effect of the thermal bridges at the panel-to-panel joints, result in an overall U value of 0.60w/m2oc.

All the Roller shutters are composed of the same basic components; the guides, the lath curtain, the upper box with the shaft assembly in it (and motor if electrically operated) and the controls. Roller shutters can be manual (push up, chainwheel / chain hoist or manual tape) or electrical driven (tubular motors, lateral motors for large dimensions).
