BPS | Builders Ltd are a high quality building and property maintenance company based in the Bournemouth and Poole area. We specialize in new builds, extensions, renovations, general property maintenance and building repairs.

Bournemouth Property Services is a family based company and was formed in 1998 by David Good. Through the team's hard work and determination the company has expanded and is able to offer a wide range of services to the local community. In 2011 BPS became BPS Builders Limited. We offer a personal service and our work is undertaken to a very high standard by a team of friendly and helpful professionals. Our company is committed to staff training. Members of our team are qualified in Health and Safety Management (IOSH).

We have been cleaning gutters and downpipes since the company started in 1998. Blocked and broken gutters can cause major problems in a property and should be maintained every 6 to 12 months to ensure they remain in good working order. We have invested in new equipment for cleaning gutters called the "Gutter Vacuum". This new system allows the operator to remain safely on the ground and use telescopic suction poles to remove the gutter debris. We repair gutters and downpipes. We are qualified IPAF users allowing us to use machinery such as cherry pickers to gain access to areas that are normally only accessible by scaffold thus reducing costs.

Our BPS Plasterers complete work to a very high standard, they can plaster new work or repair ceilings and walls with instant great results. For all types of Plastering in Bournemouth and Poole call us for a free quotation. Dry wall boarding is used mainly on new building and some extensions. It saves labour costs as plasterboard sheets are adhered directly onto the block walls with dabs of adhesive. This is time saving as the traditional render/bonding coats are omitted. With experience a good finish can be achieved although fixing shelves, kitchens and shower screens can be a little tricky later.

BPS undertakes all types of Fencing in the Bournemouth and Poole areas. We supply and fit new fencing and can repair existing fences that have been damaged. BPS can provide custom-made gates in pre treated timber or galvanised steel. Coloured coatings can be applied to steel gates during manufacture to provide a maintenance free finish. We use high quality fence posts and fence panels that come pre treated and ready for installation. We can supply various styles of fence panel including the very popular heavy-duty feather edged boarding panels.

We have recently invested in a high level jet washing system that allows us to clean out of reach areas to a massive 36 ft. We undertake pressure washing to fascias, soffits, roofs and other high reach areas. K-rend can be cleaned effectively with our special purpose low/medium/high level jet washing equipment. Various cleaning heads can be attached as necessary to improve performance. Cleaning detergents can be applied at low pressure with all of our equipment for a less aggressive clean. We start with a weed killing treatment and apply an oil stain remover (if necessary) to any oil patches found.
