Magnus Electrical Services Ltd operates in both the private and public sectors and offers a quality reliable service. Our core business of electrical installation and maintenance work is carried out by our approved NICEIC qualified engineers and our Gas Division holds Gas Safe accreditation. Our emphasis on delivering reliability and quality of workmanship has seen an exciting sustainable growth of our business in recent years. This is due to the commitment of our whole team and the excellent working relationships we have built up with our valued clients.

Magnus Electrical Services Ltd was established in January 1985 by Colin Murray as an electrical contractor dealing mainly in the domestic market. In the ensuing years the company enjoyed steady growth in business and personnel and on the 6th June 2000 the business was incorporated as a limited company. Currently, we have a turn over of 3.6m per year, with around 100 employees. In 2004 Magnus Electrical Services Ltd was a winner in the UK "Inner City Top 100" Business of the year and attended a civic reception in Downing Street, London.

All of our works are installed and certificated to the highly exacting standards of the industry's independent safety regulatory body - The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC). With the recent changes in building regulations, all domestic alterations need to be completed to industry standards. The Institute of Electrical Engineers recommend that every domestic installation is inspected for electrical safety every 5 years or at change of ownership. This inspection is recorded on an individually numbered Periodic Inspection Report.
