For 25 years, family firm Mundells has been designing gorgeous gardens, everything from commercial landscaping to gardening maintenance. We are the only company in the west of Scotland to offer commercial-scale dry stone walls (or dry stane dyking as we prefer it!). We can also help you with tree surgery, landscaping, general garden maintenance and the safe removal of Japanese knotweed.
Isn't the Scottish weather wonderful? Winter is a particular challenge, with problems caused by wind, rain, snow and freezing temperatures. We at Mundells Landscapes would like to put your mind at ease, if you're worrying about suffering the effects. Our expert tree surgeons and experienced groundstaff are here to help. If you are unlucky enough to suffer storm damage we will come out to assess it within a couple of hours of your call. In an emergency, we can deal with any issues very quickly. Otherwise we can usually clear, repair or otherwise resolve issues within a fortnight.
One of our biggest projects of 2013 was Lochinch Police Club in Pollok Country Park, Glasgow. It's a multi-use sports club with three full size grass pitches, bowling club and running track, but also has an impressive function suite with capacity for 120 people, so is a popular wedding venue. Thanks to our relationship with landscape designer Douglas Coltart at Viridarium, we were asked to quote for the project. A month later we got started - it was a very quick turnaround! The whole project took 12 weeks.

This year, 2013, is a pretty special one in the gardening world. It's the centenary of the Chelsea Flower Show! Even people who aren't keen gardeners can't help but be impressed. It's like Paris Fashion Week but muddier. We're pretty lucky that such a worldwide show should take place in London, in the grounds of the Royal Hospital.
