We thought this area should have a dedicated section, particularly as our first 3 major projects were renovations and refurbishments. So you already have a pool and have been enjoying it for many years now, but feel it is time for a facelift, or maybe even for something a bit more radical in order to bring it up to current day standards. A well built pool will last for many years, so yours may be 20+ years old. We have experience of a commercial pool dating back to the early 1900s which is still in use after several upgrades over the years.

From a one-off visit to solve a problem, or fix a breakdown, to a regular maintenance contract, The Lanark Pool Company can take care of all your servicing needs. Our maintenance contracts will be tailored to your facility & your needs. You may opt for taking care of the day to day running of your facility yourself, with only a yearly or bi-annual visit from our qualified engineer to ensure everything is in optimal condition. Alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of a more comprehensive service, with an engineer carrying out your pool maintenance on a regular basis, whether it be weekly, monthly or quarterly.

The decision to build your own swimming pool will have been the result of much consideration and planning on your part. We at Lanark Pool Company want to make sure you have the best facility for your needs. Discussion and advice in the early stages is invaluable, whether you already have detailed plans or only a fledgling idea of what you want. Your pool can be designed and built to your own specification, in any size or shape, to suit your tastes, your budget and your available space. Freeboard Pools are the traditional design, where the water level is normally around 150mm below the finished floor level.

A spa can be anything from a "plug & play" hot tub, to an in-ground spa; either using a pre-formed GRP shell with integral seats, loungers and jets, or a bespoke concrete built structure with a tiled finish and water features, built to your own specifications.
