Resin applications for commerce can range from Epoxy floor coatings to Polyurethane floor Screeds to Methyl Methacrylate Acrylic (fast curing) Resin screeds. The application thickness of the products can also range from microns (coatings) to 6mm (screeds) dependant on the existing condition of the floor and client requirement. All works are carried out by our highly skilled application operatives with floor preparation works undertaken using our own specialist equipment.

Floor preparation is key to a successful flooring installation and must be carried out using the appropriate equipment. Our floors are prepared in various ways dependant on floor condition and materials to be applied. Our preparation process can be carried out via diamond grinding, floor scabbler or mechanical shot blasting with all works carried out using our dustless system. Diamond Grinding is a method used for smaller projects where shotblasting would not be cost effective and access is not possible with the equipment.
Epoxy resin floor coatings are ideal for the majority of industrial environments and will provide a surface which is both seamless and hard wearing. They can provide a surface which is chemical resistant, anti-static, easy to clean and slip resistant while sealing and preventing dusting of the floor. Epoxy resin floor screeds and self-smoothers can provide a floor finish which has properties such as chemical resistance, anti-static, slip resistant and hard wearing. Further decorative finishes can be achieved by adding coloured flakes or aggregates to the system during application.
