Site Sealants Ltd have a team of highly trained staff including fully Certified Surveyors in Structural Waterproofing who liaise closely with architects and engineers at the initial design phase to produce the best, most effective and time saving methods of waterproofing on a project. We constantly look towards emerging technology and are now applying new European ranges of spray polyurea coatings and single-ply roofing membranes. We also carry out concrete repair works, specialist coatings application, resin injection and gas membrane systems.

A company which specialises in complex structural waterproofing projects has been recognised at a top industry event, organised by a national trade body. Site Sealants Ltd was honoured by the Property Care Association (PCA) at its annual Best Practice awards ceremony, held at The Slate, University of Warwick. The company secured the Contractor of the Year title in the structural waterproofing category, sponsored by Newton Waterproofing. From its headquarters in Old Mill Industrial Estate, Airth and office based in Dyce, Aberdeen, the Site Sealants' team works closely with architects and engineers on waterproofing projects, from concept to completion.
