AMG Land services have been successfully completing groundworks projects for house builders and other commercial clients throughout Scotland since our inception in 2002. We recognise the importance of delivering projects on time and on budget. Utilising our own plant and project management experience to ensure we have control over each aspect of any groundworks project. We can provide our groundworks services: excavation, drainage, and sewer installation. Works carried out to include all earthworks, the laying of all mainline sewers, forming access roads and footpaths, services installation, construction of house foundations and floor slabs, and all soft and hard landscaping.
We carry out all types of drainage works ranging from Industrial, Commercial to domestic and agricultural. We specialise in deep drainage using high quality shuttering with all health and safety aspects fully covered. Industrial drainage covers storm and foul drainage installations with associated manholes and sewer connections. The harvesting of rainwater for reuse, keeping water costs to a minimum. Yard surfaces which have machinery or wash down areas will require an interceptor to remove any oils and contaminants, allowing clean water to be returned to the drain out fall.
Prior to any construction project, the site will require to be cleared. As part of our complete groundworks service, we will clear the site using specialist equipment as necessary. We will thoroughly excavate the site to clear topsoil, level the foundation area and carry out demolition and removal where required. We aim to carry out this stage of the project as efficiently as possible to minimise any disruption or inconvenience to neighbouring properties, dwellings, or businesses.
