I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
We had two contractors in to do a job. When they left £200 was missing from my husbands money clip. There is no explanation other than one of them took it. Reported to JOR, they said contractors denied it (of course they did) and that we should inform the police, which we have done.
No responsibility taken by the company for their employees, they are more interested in the reviews I have posted and they have phoned and text my husband to remove them and asked the police to ask us too. Police confirmed it was ok to post reviews as this is our experience of this company. Would not ever use again!

Fantastic service, messaged to ask if I could get advice on a leaking boiler, the man that came showed me exactly what was wrong and how I needed a new one. Next day I was quoted and within 1 week of getting it looked at it, I had a new boiler fitted and a cosy home!! Everyone from Murray, the first man who came to look at it, the office staff to the gas engineer were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will 100% use this company again. Thank you for fixing my boiler problem so quickly

Had them in to do a plumbing job quote. Never got it. Phoned them and was told the guy was on holiday and they would leave him a message for him - still never heard from them. So wouldn't recommend them. Went elsewhere and got a quote in writing a week later.

Had to get work done for a leak from upstairs,and Richard came round to give us a quote.The quote was a good price and we went ahead with the work.The first joiner who came up was Andrew,and he was very careful to cover everything up so there was no damage done to the rest of the room.All the workmen who came up were very professional and did the job to a very high standard.The workmen tidied up before they left each day,and we were very happy with the finished result.Would certainly use this company again.If there was one small complaint,it would be a lack of communication about when the workmen would be returning,but when we phoned the office to ask,they got right back to us to tell us.

Have now used their gas technician, plumber and boiler service man during the last year or so. All work done quickly, very reasonable priced, high quality of work and would highly recommend for any work required.

I just got a kitchen put in from JOR and I'm so happy with it! They did the job start to finish. Stephen especially worked really hard. Minimal inconvenience and any time I e-mailed or called, it was answered right away. I was so worried about having a kitchen put in as you go without appliances but I never felt put out at all. Transparent pricing, worked with my budget completely and the owner (Murray) is very hands on which is reassuring.
