A vast basement project and substantial refurbishment of its interior and exterior was carried out for our Private Clients Victorian period family home off Portobello Road, W11. The project involved the construction of a 2421 sqft new basement under the existing footprint of the property which extended into a large section of the property's back garden. The remaining three storeys of this beautiful family home were completely reconfigured and refurbished with a bespoke finish applied throughout, before landscaping works were carried out on completion.

We rebuilt completely this mews house to the highest possible standard, flooded with light from a vast atrium from the top to bottom. This Victorian, terraced house was designed around our developer client's vision for an opulent living space, taking inspiration from rich textures, natural materials and metallic tones. We enhanced the space by opening-up the formal areas, enlarging the entertainment spaces and re-configuring all the bedrooms and bathrooms with precise attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship.
