Founded in 2008 by Angelique Robb BSPE, Papillon has grown to team of experts who work together to bring gardens alive. After working in the oil and gas industry for many years as a Petroleum Engineer, Angelique Robb switched careers after finding her vocation in garden design. After completing a Diploma in Garden Design, she set up Papillon and has grown the company to where it is today. We encourage people to love and enjoy their gardens and the outdoors. Having a garden that you love can stimulate happiness and create precious lasting memories for families and children.

Wonderful designs and professional service. Would be delighted to recommend Angelique and her team. They completed a fabulous re-design of our garden with so much consideration, on time and on budget. The garden now feel so much more accessible and part of our home. So many of our friends, family and visitors say it adds so much to our house. I wish Papillon only the best for the future.

Angelique came up with lots of suggestions and cool ideas - some of which I liked - some I didn't but ended up with something pretty special which my friends and neighbours are most envious of.

Papillon were very enthusiastic when I first contacted them for landscaping work at my property and promptly visited to discuss requirements. During the lengthy visit they made a firm commitment that they would undertake all requested work and that the necessary quotations would be provided within a couple of weeks. This is where it starts to go wrong! After several weeks of waiting no quotes were provided. I made repeated attempts to contact them but calls went unanswered and voicemails and emails were not responded to. Sadly, Papillon Designs and Landscaping turned out to be unprofessional time wasters. Avoid!

Angelique redesigned part of our garden. She took into account what we were looking for while offering new ideas and concepts. The work was carried out to a very high standard and she sourced ourdoor furniture for us too. Hugely enthusiastic and passionate about what she does. A joy to work with.
Having moved into a bespoke new build we spent 12 months understanding our needs and the different options we believed our plot would provide to enhance our lovely house. This allowed us to give a good brief to Angelique at Papillon. Her resulting design met our brief accurately and allowed for three clear phases which helped us spread both the cost and inevitable (albeit minimal) disruption over 10 months.
Definitely the place to go for quality, creative landscape design and construction!
As Spring is fast approaching our industry is lobbying hard to be able to reopen. I feel strongly that Garden Centres like Ben Reid can operate safely with the protocols we introduced last year. B&Q, Costco, Tesco and many other retailers are now selling plants and gardening products so why cant we?.

An update on this project. The primary remit of this garden was to control the water when it comes down the hill behind the client's house. They had suffered flooding due to water overwhelming their garden and had to even have the fire department out!
