Very unhappy with this company. Purchased a large garden set nearly 5 weeks ago. When we bought we were promised the set in 2 weeks. We have fully paid and having been trying to get updates for the last 3 weeks but little to no response. Appalling customer service. Buyer beware.

First came across this company in Bloom 2 years ago. They spent time learning about my garden, the layout, size etc. What really impressed me was they switched my choice from a larger patio set to a mid sized one, which fitted the area beautiful. It was not all about 'the sale'. Last year I bought the solar parasol with built in speakers.fab. I cannot wait to see what they have in Bloom this year. Excellent customer service.
