We recently moved into our new house and wanted to get the boiler up and running before the colder months. David was really efficient and friendly and well priced, given that the previous owner's lack of care for their boiler was likely a more time consuming service than normal. I called David on a Saturday morning regarding my boiler not working. He called round a few hours later, fitted a new oil pump, jet and had it all working again within no time.

I am a fully Qualified and Registered OFTEC Business and Technician. OFTEC is a trade association that works on behalf of the oil heating. This means I'm fully trained and up to date with all heating components and all heating problems you might have.

There are a whole lot of heat saving upgrades available in todays market. Separate heating and hot water, pressurise systems, Insulation, wireless room stats. Thermostatic controlled zones/rooms, even individual Radiator valves controlled by room/wall stats all wireless so you can have each room at different temperatures. All of which I can advise and install for you. We offer a complete boiler installation service and install a wide variety of makes and models to suit your specific needs.

Our service involves the Boiler being scrubbed/cleaned inside, the Flue is checked for Carbon monoxide leaks, Oil lines, filters, oil tank, boiler thermostat, water pump, and all valves checked. A new Jet / nozzle is fitted to the boilers burner which is fully checked over. Then the oil pressure is set correctly for your model and finally the whole appliance is setup correctly using a Digital Analyser to achieve the best efficiency. If you do not receive this level of attention then you may be paying for a 'boiler clean' which while helpful is not as comprehensive as a service and will not give you the oil saving benefits that a proper service does so make sure you ask what your are getting as it is too late afterwards!

Your oil tank should be inspected annually as part of your heating system's regular service visit. Oil tanks, like all heating products, have an expected working life (typically 20 years) and, if used beyond this time, the risk of a costly tank failure increases.

Power flushing is a technique that cleans all your Radiators and fixes lots of heating problems click diagram to enlarge image. This service increases your radiators heat output so reduces your oil usage to heat your home and over time pays for the job. This does not require taking off radiators so no mess in house and leaves your system nearly as clean as the day it was put in. Simply draining down your system and refilling doesn't remove the heavy dirt particles at the bottom of radiators or pipework below drain outlet level.
