Our Specialist Joinery division provides purpose made commissions of the highest quality, no matter how simple, specialist or unusual it may be. Working with the client or designer, our team can provide a range of bespoke items including reception desks, fitted furniture, shelving, cabinets, wall panelling, vertical sliding windows and the replication of existing fittings in listed buildings. We manufacture fire doors and frames, offering a full range of timber doors up to FD120 (2 hour) rated. We further manufacture door sets and frames in both standard and non-standard sizes for all types of buildings throughout the UK & Ireland.

Our Construction department provides high quality new builds, extensions, refurbishments, fit-outs, and small works projects in the health, education, retail, commercial, industrial, leisure, and residential sectors. We have been involved in various procurement routes working in collaboration with clients and designers in partnering contracts, including design & build, negotiation, Public Private Partnering / Private Finance Initiative (PPP / PFI), 2-stage tendering, and Framework Agreements. Priding ourselves on delivering innovative health care solutions, we have extensive experience in new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and fit-outs of hospitals, doctor surgeries, and care home facilities.

We have developed a reputation for delivering safe, innovative and high-quality sustainable marine projects, striving for completion on-time and to budget. With over 100 years' experience in the design & build of new ports and working within existing live commercial harbours, McLaughlin & Harvey has considerable experience in the delivery of challenging maritime projects.
