High-end, intelligent emergency lighting systems installed by CTA Fire help guide your patrons in an emergency evacuation. The FIREscape LED emergency lighting system manufactured by Hochikiis CTA Fire's installation of choice. It's a unique, highly cost effective and environmentally friendly (made from recycled materials) evacuation solution. Up to 254 exit signs and/or route lights can be connected to two addressable spurs via traditional low-voltage cabling and monitored via a battery backed-up control panel.

Our range of fire alarms, smoke detectors and ancillary devices are manufactured by Argus Security and Aico. Together, each of these devices can be wired or wirelessly networked to a digital control panel that protects every corner of your premises, no matter how many storeys or how complex the layout. Our fire safety devices include: manual call points for triggering the alarm system, smoke detectors with high sensitivity, heat detectors designed to trigger at certain temperatures or rise in range of temperatures, plus combination beacons and sounders with a variety of visual and audio outputs.

CTA Fire install access controls to protect your staff and property. Our electronic door controls are networked, wired or wireless, with PIN code or key card access. CTA Fire makes use of the Paxton product range when installing access door systems. The solutions we provide come in both networked or stand-alone varieties, meaning you can digitally monitor every door opened in your entire property or simply lock out the unprivileged one door at a time. Combined with Net2 Software our door access systems offer many versatile features such as timed lock-downs, user entry management, live event reports downloaded to your smartphone or laptop, sync with intruder alarms, lighting and other electronics in the property.
