Our skilled network of safe engineers and locksmiths help us offer solutions on all manufacturer of safes and doors. Our UK service department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 day a year. Our service packages include, 24 hour service, emergency reactive response, telephone help desk, emergency safe and door opening, safe and door lock upgrades, preventative maintenance.
Poor waranty of products that is hidden behind a "2 year warranty" claim. They look for any excuse to make a service call out chargeable and don't allow you to see the thing causing the issue, or watch them fixing the safe so you have no way of disputing the spurious charges. These charges easily amount to several hundred pounds.
