Notably one of the most technologically advanced in the country, our Alarm Receiving Centre/Remote Video Response Centre (ARC/RVRC), also referred to as 'The Vaults', spans across 5000 sq ft and is SSAIB accredited, as a result of its maximum state-of-the-art facility which excels the codes of practice confined to BS 5979 requirements, which details the legalities of remote centres that receive signals from electronic, fire and security systems.

Renowned for being one of the most advanced in the country, Alarm Receiving Centre/Remote Video Response Centre (ARC/RVRC), also referred to as 'The Vaults', is housed across 5000 sq ft in two former cash vaults that boast 14 thick walls, together with a reinforced concrete roof and 'penitentiary standard' electronically protected doors that require pre-agreed clearance. Once monitoring of each given property has been established, the first step that we take is to inform and register with the local police force to confirm immediate police response should their attendance be required.

We offer a diverse range of forward-thinking electronic security installations to ensure the total safeguarding of each given site. Services include CCTV, Intruder, Fire, Access Control and Energy Management. As one of the world's most popular and socially present form of surveillance, CCTV enables us to record and react to occurrences in real-time. Notably the most effective way of mass people and activity observation, CCTV has become an essential tool to capture incidents and ultimately help to reduce crime.

All of our CCTV, intruder alarm and fire alarm monitoring facilities are carried out in accordance of the legal requirement of BS EN ISO 9001:2015, and BS 5979: 2007, and strive to go above and beyond that of traditional on-site surveillance methods.

With security and peace of mind being the top of our agenda, we are proud to have invested both time and development into our specialist response team, 'City Net Patrol' which consists of a fleet of uniformed officers equipped with Samson Security CCTV fitted vehicles. On hand to administer various high security duties, the officers are able to deliver fast intruder and key holder response duties, together with pre-arranged and random site checks. Likewise, the team is linked with the three emergency services so that situations can be dealt with quickly and proactively should further assistance be required.

Our renowned Samson Lock Up service is quickly becoming a necessity for many businesses who want peace of mind when it comes to ensuring that their site has been fully secured. As opposed to simply relying on traditional methods whereby an appointed staff member is responsible for locking up the property at the end of the day and opening the next morning, clients can now pass on the responsibly to us through the use of remote open and close. Performed by our fully qualified control room personnel, located within our maximum security Alarm Receiving Centre/Remote Video Response Centre (ARC/RVRC), aka 'The Vaults', clients can reap the many benefits of remote open and close services - these being lone worker issues eradicated, cost savings and carbon footprint reduced as no vehicle attendance or transport is necessary.

In order to provide a secure key holding service that goes above and beyond that of the statutory requirements, we are proud to have invested in one of the world's most superior electronic key cabinets, 'MORSE Watchmans'. Unlike traditional methods whereby keys are stored in a filing cabinet or on wall hooks for example, our innovative system certifies total accountability and regulation over our clients' keys. Monitored 24/7, clients are provided with electronic key fobs that have been encoded with a unique code that is synonymous to them.
