In line with the latest Government guidance we have been instructed to temporarily close our store until the situation is reviewed on Wednesday 30th December. Although our doors are closed, we are still here for you! We have a small number of our expert sales team working in the store during our normal opening hours. They will ensure all orders taken over the past few months are progressed with our factories and will be ready to contact customers when their furniture arrives into stock. If you want to plan for future purchases we are here to answer your questions.
Bricks and mortar - the store came before the computer! Lucas Furniture is an established business. We have been successfully serving our local community for over 120 years and created a reputation for quality and value for money. From this website we can bring our offer, customer service and value for money to a wider audience. When you order on our website your order will not be left to a computer to fulfil, it will be handed direct to a salesperson at the store who will contact you personally to discuss your order and lead you through the process from order to dispatch of the goods.

Fabulous selection of sofas
Very welcoming staff, extremely knowledgeable, nothing was a problem, exceptional service. It was a pleasure to shop. If only everywhere could be like this!
Incredible store just full of fantastic displays of furniture for all tastes.
Went to Lucas Aylesbury - 50 miles from where we live in London because it was the only furniture store showing all of the kinds and brands of furniture we want to choose from for our retirement flat.
I was reluctant to go so far, but I’d been to two well known stores but couldn’t compare for choosing the reclining chairs, ottoman, chest of drawers and matching bedside tables and dining table and 4 chairs all suitable for a small flat.
I assumed it’d be a high pressure sales environment that I hate. We were delighted to find a large, two floors store, light and airy, with furniture carefully placed pleasant clean air at a comfortable temperature, with a smart cafe, sparklingly clean loos, copious parking, very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable staff and exactly the furniture we wanted, just a question of checking the fabric samples against the decoration of the flat and we’ll order.
You’d expect there to be a downside like high prices or hidden delivery charges but there weren’t, the prices are lower than we’d pay elsewhere and delivery is included not an extra £60!
Gets my vote as the best furniture store I’ve ever bought from in the UK, on a par with the super furniture stores in Spain
To cap it all I lost a valued ball point pen somehow during the trip and left a message at Lucas late yesterday. Had a call this morning from a charming security man saying they’d looked everywhere and asked the cleaners etc but not so far found. Exceptional!
Fabulous new store. Enormous range of quality furnishings. Staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful.
