Five Year Fixed Fabric Electrical Test and Inspection - To test your installation on a 100% test and inspection basis and to produce a 'Electrical Installation Condition Report' for the purpose of meeting your obligations of The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989: Regulation 4(2). All inspections and tests are undertaken in compliance with the IEE Wiring Regulations BS7671-2008, amendment 3/2015. Includes: Verification of all circuits as far as is reasonably practicable; External visual inspection of all accessories with an internal inspection of a sample of the electrical accessories.
