Xtratherm Flat Roof Board offers high thermal performance and is compatible with single ply systems that are mechanically fixed plus as well as loose laid ballast systems. This product is unsuitable for applying with mastic asphalt systems or roofing that is based with built-up bitumen. Xtratherm flat roof board FR/BG is for use with fully or partially bonded, torched on built-up bituminous felt systems.

You can also buy clear coloured paint that is fire resistant to paint over existing colours on walls, ceilings and doors. Fire officers have reported much less fire damage and spread in cases where fire proof paint has been used in a building.

These ingenious Intubatt products are used primarily to seal around service penetrations in build situations where a non-load bearing seal is necessary. They are constructed from a special high density mineral fibre batt, which is then treated with robust and resilient fire resistant mastic. The range comes in single units and is packaged in high quality polythene bags. The batts can be easily cut with either a pad saw or a serrated knife. Ideal for wall or floors.
