All round excellent service. Good communication organising the appointment and checking model of boiler so right parts were on-site if needed, prior to appointment. Engineer attended appointment on time, made no mess while servicing and helpfully let me video him showing how to read the pressure and top up water on the boiler, should it be needed in-between services. Work was completed efficiently and took less time than expected. I will definitely be booking in again for next year’s service.

Years ago we had a 'service contract' with a well known provider. When it came to it, it meant nothing and it took ages to get the boiler sorted. Since then we have used Heatcare South whenever we have had a problem ... we get a fantastically responsive service from Paul who understands our heating system and boiler and goes out of his way to help... and without having to pay an annual contract before anything is done.
