However the site has actually been selling garden equipment from the early 1930's under the name Staughtons, who eventually set up Garden Machines as a sister Company. The businesses current owners took over in 1972, and now second and third generations are involved in the day to day running of the Company. As with many high street stores, we realise that the way customers want to purchase and research their products has changed over the years and there is a real need to embrace the Internet; whilst very importantly still holding on to our core business values: Honesty, Dependability, Respect, Passion.

Individuals looking to purchase equipment can do so online, you will then be notified when the product is ready for collection. Unfortunately the service dept will remain closed until Dec 2nd - winter servicing /collection and delivery will commence thereafter. We offer servicing and repairs on lawnmowers, ride-on tractors, brushcutters, blower vacs, cultivators, hedge trimmers and much much more. Our clean and up to date workshops are staffed by manufacturer-trained technicians so you can rest assure that work is carried out to the highest standards. We use Aspen fuel for all our servicing of machines.
