My daughter loves the hollybush the staff are always so welcoming and go above and beyond always so helpful and really attentive , make such a fuss over children and really make every visit a special one and as for the grotto this year I couldn't speak any more highly of the santa and elfs they are amazing really well done to the team who have pulled this off once again !

Had an amazing time at brunch with the cheeky elf today!
My daughter had an amazing time, and the lady doing it was fab! She was so good with all the children and they had thought of absolutely everything! The value for money was brilliant too⭐️

we came to see Santa and the reindeer today with my 2 girls aged 6 and 8, the atmosphere was lovely, and the elves were so friendly and helpful, they kept the girls entertained while we waited to see Santa and answered all the questions they had, very professional and made the experience extra special, the girls had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, thank you to all for making it a special experience for them. couldn't recommend enough.

Staff are wonderful, it’s a great place to find everything for the garden, and unusual pieces for the home.
It’s changed since our first visit back in the 80’s but, each year it gets bigger and better but remains customer focused.

Found this place by chance while looking for some where else. Great place for an afternoon out with a fantastic restaurant,looking forward to seeing what it’s like at Christmas.
Purchased a circle paving kit with squaring off pack, we was given the wrong square off kit so had to return it at our cost and request the kit to fit size of our circle, had to wait 2 weeks for the correct one from manufacturer, at our cost we had a call to collect the correct one, We asked if we would be able to have a couple of stepping stones (costing less than 10)as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience we had incurred, point blank no. very disappointing to find customer satisfaction bottom of the hollybush's priority. we must point out the lads on the yard had been very polite and helpful it's the management we are criticising.
Beautiful garden center, with lots of options and every thing you need for gardening. Also has aquaria, again great choices and all that is needed is there. Has a huge restaurant area on first floor with good food options, hot and cold. Farm fresh fruits and veges are available as well. Big free parking, courteous staff, reasonable prices. Definitely recommended.
Yesterday, I brought my first bearded dragon, I heard that their bearded dragons weren't looked after very well so I was nervous about buying one from there. However, when I went to pick one out, they were extremely healthy! I was helped by Katy who gave me amazing advice about my bearded dragon and helped me out with a lot of things regarding him, answered all of my questions and was really courteous and well mannered. She also reassured me that if I had any enquiries that I contact them again for advice and reassured me that they still care about all of their animals, even after they have been sold. Thanks to her expertise, my dragon has settled in already, just after one day! And is also eating very well. I really can't thank her enough for everything she's done! I would highly recommend the holly bush for purchasing any reptile as they are all looked after super well and are all very healthy and cared for!
