When you install Driveway Gates you will need to measure the total width including gate posts and leave yourself a 10mm gap either side of posts and in between gates. Which would be a total of 30mm. Every pair of gates are supplied with a centre closing strip to cover the centre gap. When measuring for the height for your gates, please allow 50mm from the ground level to the height you need at the hanging side. Please make sure to allow clearance for any high spots in the ground as opening and closing them over these high spots would damage the gates.
