DLP was established in 1991 as a Salford based building maintenance contractor. The company has, through its reputation for service delivery, grown considerably since that time. We have developed the business to reflect the individual needs of our clients to ensure that we offer the highest quality planned and responsive repairs and maintenance services. DLP now operates across the north-west of England servicing a wide range of clients, including working in partnership with Salford Royal NHS. DLP utilises a number of strategic satellite offices to complement the extensive office and warehouse facility which it owns in Salford ideally placed close to the M60 and M602.

We are sympathetic to the individual needs and considerations of tenants and the impact on communities during our kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects. We have the experience and the skills to fulfil your requirements on any scale. We are happy to partner other agencies for kitchen or bathroom installations, or manage your entire project from our own resources. We are Corgi Registered, NICEIC Approved, as well as BS EN ISO 9001:2000 assessed and approved.

Our skilled tradesmen operate to the highest health and safety standards, we are a member of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC); and the Contractors' Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS).

DLP Services specialise in the delivery of multi-trade property maintenance projects for local authorities, Social landlords and blue-chip public and private sector organisations. Providing a safe, informative and effective service to tenants is something that we view as fundamental and core to any contract we undertake. We understand how circumstances differ considerably for each member of a community. Which is why we assign a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to the contract at the earliest opportunity.

We have experience and knowledge within this field, particularly in social housing and schools. We understand that all tenants have different needs, and how much of a positive impact adapting someone's home can have. We carry out adaptations with professionalism, sincerity and compassion - and of course to the high standards on which our reputation is built. We provide a wide range of Disabled Adaptations works - from access ramps to design and installation of low-level kitchens - in public buildings, schools and tenant dwellings and are known for friendly, professional and reliable service.
