We are so pleased with our new garage, from start to finish we knew that we were in good hands. Our old garage was dismantled and a brand new base errected after the old floor had been removed. The garage was fitted once the ground work had been completed and steps installed to the side door which has been a real boon, especially with the new covered walkway from the conservatory door to the garage side door. The company also fitted a carport where the old one once stood and that was fitted to size, not just errected from a kit form, so we have a bespoke carport attached too.
We had a new garage built in 2014 by this company and the work was carried out in a professional manner by experts in the building and garage replacement trades. They installed new foundations without harming our neighbours' old hedge which still thrives. We live in Chesterfield so the garage is below the road level but raised above the drive to prevent flooding. It is raised 5ft above the lowest point of our property The foundations could maintain a tower block they are so strong & the garage sits on a raft on top of the foundations in order for there to be no movement which happened to the original one 40 years earlier They dismantled and replaced this under difficult conditions. The fitters installed a carport, removing the old one. They also cut the new one to size for it to fit exactly to the new garage This was a lot of extra work which they did without question.
