All our projects are well managed with a manager appointed at the start to ensure we work with our clients at all stages of the project to achieve our common goal. Incorporated in 1997, the company is owned and managed by the original founding directors. Initially the company traded solely as an electrical contractor, but there was a growing need to offer a combined mechanical and electrical package, this was initially carried out with various partnerships but changed to an in house mechanical service in 2003 to offer clients a better service.
Building Services (Beds) Ltd have carried out air conditioning installations ranging from individual comms rooms, through to complete offices and data centres. As we are an M&E contractor we are able to offer a complete service including ventilation and electrical supplies.
The majority of projects carried out by Building Services (Beds) Ltd are mechanical and electrical packages. These projects require careful management and co ordination to ensure the projects are delivered to a high standard and on time. Building Services have carried out projects in Data Centres, Museums, Hospitals, Military Sites, Offices, Factories, Telephone Exchanges, Schools, Warehouses and Residential sites. We have worked for most of the biggest names in construction in the UK. The majority of our work is carried out in London and the Northern Home Counties.
