Regulated by the "Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors", Gully Howard Technical is an organisation with over 10 years experience within our field. Completing on average over 24,000 surveys every year, our mobile workforce is equipped with the latest in technology, enabling us to efficiently and accurately record data whilst ensuring we limit our environmental impact. We are BOHS, OH Learning (OHTA), Fit2Fit, IATP, ABBE and British Safety Council approved training providers, enabling us to deliver an extensive range of training courses.

Gully Howard Technical provide a range of Building Services to clients, including Building Surveys, Training Courses and Consultancy Services. Building Consultancy advice includes; Asset Management and Energy Performance Reporting. Gully Howard Technical offer to its clients a Consultancy Service in relation to its assets on our own computer package. We are able to profile stock data and transfer it into any other asset management package. Our one-stop shop enables us to gather data and then assist you with the raw data to plan the re-investment profiling based upon your financial plans.

Gully Howard Technical is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regulated company that carries out a wide range of building surveys for a large and diverse client base. The volume of in-house skills set within Gully Howard Technical enables us to offer a complete range of added value services, thereby reducing the overall time between instruction and final solution. We work with our clients to ensure that we meet their individual needs, tailoring our services to meet their expectations as necessary.

Gully Howard Technical provide a range of Asbestos Surveys including; Management Survey, Pre-Refurbishment Survey & Pre-Demolition Survey. We also deliver Asbestos Training, ranging from Asbestos Awareness, to professional qualifications. Our vast experience and knowledge, spanning over 11 years also means we are ideally placed to offer clients Asbestos Consultancy services. This is a standard survey. Its purpose is to locate, as far as practicable, the presence and extent of any suspected asbestos containing materials (ACMs) in the building which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation, and to assess their condition.

Gully Howard Technical offer a broad variety of surveying services based on our client's individual needs and requirements. These range from inspection of a single item, to full structural surveys. We also offer an Occupational Hygienist service with a range of diagnostic equipment. Our Surveyors are members of RICS.
