Studio loci is a multidisciplinary design and fabrication practice based in Lewes, East Sussex. Our workshop specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke furniture, contemporary carpentry, architectural joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and fitted interiors. We also offer comprehensive architectural and interior design services to both domestic and commercial clients. Studio Loci combine the capabilities of studio and workshop; we design and we make. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to work closely with our clients through from concept to installation.
We have designed and installed bespoke kitchens and bathrooms across the UK, from Cornwall to Scotland. Each project we undertake is unique; tailor made and designed to your brief. Because we aren't limited to ‘off the shelf' product ranges, you can have every detail created exactly as you want it, to perfectly suit your lifestyle, your taste and your home. We work very closely with our customers to develop the design and decide on layout, materials, finishes and the specification of appliances and fittings.
The Loci Partnership Ltd. was established as an architectural consultancy in London in 2000. Trading as Studio Loci and now based in Lewes, our mission statement has always been the same: we design and we make - bringing together the creative and management skills of architecture and interior design with the practical hands-on expertise of the maker, all under one roof. We believe this not only keeps us creative and enthusiastic about what we do but makes us more cost effective and efficient too.

Without doubt my favourite lockdown home project: floating bunks for my girls. The design had to be based around what I had in the workshop; new timber was hard to get back in April. Restraints like that are often useful for cutting back to the essentials - I'd happily repeat these, If anybody would.
Just managed to get these in before the owners arrive back to 14 days of post-holiday quarantine isolation. The rest of the bedroom had already been decorated and I'm liking how the wardrobes sit nicely with the existing colours and contrasts. #wardrobe #bespokemakers #joinery #woodworkersofin.
