From 1976-2004 I ran my own small property business, purchasing run-down/dilapidated properties and converting them into good quality 1 and 2 bed roomed flats, generally for the first time buyer. During this time I was NHBC registered and built new properties for the first time buyer, while doing this, utilising my skills as a professional carpenter. I have continued ever since providing, carpentry, joinery, repairs and improvements, to mainly residential properties.
