Excellent service from 1st visit to discuss options and requirements, through quotation and ordering, then through the installation stage and follow up inquiries and minor lock adjustment.
The installers were polite, courteous , clean and tidy throughout and helpful in explaining how things worked and their cleaning up on completion was excellent.
So far we are very pleased with our two new large ( and previously very drafty) windows and our two new doors are excellent and again have dealt brilliantly with draft exclusion and heat retention. The remaining windows will be replaced as soon as financially viable.
We were recommended to Cladwinds by local friends and have already recommended others.

The project to install a roof on our sunroom has gone seamlessly from beginning to end. The initial survey and agreeing a concept was hugely helpful incorporating some ideas we had not considered but were still well within budget. We were given a very helpful set of designs to agree before commencing.
We were given a date for installation around 4 weeks ahead of time and a succession of builders, electricians, plasterers and building inspector came on schedule with the entire installation taking just under 2 weeks to complete despite bad weather at the beginning. Everyone was friendly, professional, clearly highly experienced and spoke with us about progress and final details. Very obviously each person was proud of the standard of their work.
When planning the work it is helpful to be aware that painting a new plaster ceiling is not part of the installation and adds an extra week or so to the timescale (plaster and paint have to dry). if you are reasonable at DIY it is straightforward, otherwise get a professional.
We now have a beautiful room which we can use all year round and which we are totally delighted with.

We moved to our house in Luton under 6 months ago. We always wanted a conservatory. After having a few companies round nothing was jumping out at us until the people we purchased off had left the number of Cladwinds as they installed the patio doors.
From start to finish Phil who came out to meet us initially was fantastic and gave us ideas specially to have the gable ended conservatory and also the warmer roof. Dave and the builders, every single one of them worked hard, did a thorough and fantastic job and nothing was too much trouble for them
The conservatory is now finished and done with a great finish and Phil came out today to see it and take some photos. All we now have to do is paint and the flooring.
If I was ever going to replace windows, doors or recommend a conservatory company Cladwinds would be our first recommendation.
