We have been established locally since 1978 and have a vast knowledge of the building industry and sub-contracting. All our trades people are qualified to NVQ level 2 or higher and have attended health and safety courses to qualify for CSCS cards through CITB all of our roofing carpenters are qualified slingers and banksmen and have up to date certificates. We employ apprentices who attend structured CITB courses at colleges, we are registered to the CITB reg no. We carry all relevant health and safety documents to include method statements risk assessments manual handling and cosh assessments.
We will survey the project and instruct our architect to draw plans to your requirements then apply on your behalf for planning consent and building regulations. If you already have drawings and planning consent, not a problem, we will then submit a competitive quotation and if successful will project manage the work on a daily basis using our teams of qualified friendly trades people. From designs to completion we offer skilled tradesmen to undertake ground works, bricklaying carpentry, roofing, plumbing, plastering, electrical and decorating to a very high standard.
