The Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme (GHGVS) has been introduced by the Government to improve energy efficiency in domestic properties. Among the range of primary measures included in the scheme is room in roof insulation, which can greatly reduce heat loss in a converted attic or loft space. Room in roof insulation uses rigid foam insulation boards which are fitted in between rafters and underneath plasterboard walls to keep the heat inside, cutting your energy bills and CO2 emissions.

This all depends on how well the boiler is looked after - a boiler that is serviced annually and repaired quickly when issues arise, will last a lot longer.

A typical service could cost you up to 100, but we want to make it more accessible to all - with a low one-off price of just 72. To make it even more affordable we also offer a Boiler Service Plan at only 5 per month - so we can ensure your boiler is running at its best all year round. Whatever your choice, we'd recommend having your boiler serviced during the summer to make sure it's ready for the tough winter months ahead. An annual boiler service can increase efficiency, reliability, and will reduce the chance of carbon monoxide poisoning.

If you have a care plan elsewhere but want to switch to us, then you'll need to contact your existing provider and cancel your plan. You should find out what their cancellation policy is prior to this. It only takes a few minutes to sign up to our care plans. If you haven't had your boiler installed by us, you'll be required to have an inspection by one of our gas safe registered engineers to service your boiler, at this point we'll confirm if your care plan is up and running. We'll be in touch when your renewal day gets closer, at this point you can either cancel the plan or we'll automatically renew the care plan you were previously on.
