We found out about Hudsons Stoves via their A board advertising on the Buntingford to Stevenage road and decided to pay a visit as we had finally decided to have a stove installed. All the Capital multi-fuel and cleanburn stoves are made of cast iron and are constructed for durability and maximum heat and retain heat long after the fire has diminished. They are designed with large glass windows so that that all the flames are visible and are equipped with air wash systems to keep the glass clean.
It can be difficult to ensure your stove and flue system are properly maintained, parts can be expensive and hard to get, the chimney sweep is always booked when you remember you need to get the chimney swept. Our Lifetime Care Scheme is available to all our customers, we will service your stove, sweep your chimney and replace for free any parts that need replacing, subject to our simple terms and conditions. The annual Stove Service is carried out when we sweep your chimney; we will change any seals that require replacing, replace any cracked firebricks, carry out a full inspection of the stove and clean it inside and out.

Having had a wood burning stove in my previous 2 properties I was desperate to get one in my new home, even though I didn't have a chimney. Having asked Richard at Hudsons Stoves to help, he arranged to come and see me and my wife at home to do a survey. It didn't take long for Richard to resolve the issues and arrive at what has turned out to be a stunning feature in our living room. Richard certainly knows his stuff.after a visit to the showroom, a site visit and a couple of phone calls, we now have a stonking great wood burner.
