We are aware of an issue with outgoing emails at present. Our team are replying but the replies are not leaving our provider's servers. During this time, some email responses will be delayed and some people may receive duplicated replies.
Due to the extended and more restrictive lockdown coming into effect in Scotland, we will still remain open during this time as we already have various strict safeguarding procedures in place, but we have now reviewed the services we are able to provide during this time, and taking into account the current weather, we are now internally classing tumble dryers as essential appliances. This will result in our diary being opened for these appliances, however, please note that we may still filter.

It's that time of year again while our office staff are catching up with the last of the background workings and our engineers are now all finishing up at their last jobs for the day so unfortunately we can no longer accept any new bookings before Christmas.
As we prepare to enter into a new lockdown period and some of our staff work from home, we have now switched to a voicemail only service with immediate effect. During this time, we will not accept any live calls.
