We undertook a survey of the rooms and found that two bedrooms were infested with bedbugs. A residual insecticide (Bendiocarb) was applied as a crack and crevice treatment to bed frames, wall floor junctions and gaps in skirting boards. A follow up treatment was carried out using a residual insecticide of a different type (alphacypermethrin) applied as a crack and crevice treatment again to bed frames, wall floor junctions and gaps in skirting boards. The third and last treatment was one using Diatoms ( DE dust) this was applied again to bed frames, wall floor junctions and gaps in skirting boards and beneath the beds.
