Lemlec Ltd was originally established in 1980 by Mr Frank Louch, a very close family friend. During its heyday, Frank had around 12 engineers working for him and had the pleasure of working with the Priory Bay Hotel and re-wiring it as well as designing and installing a bespoke electrical system for Ventnor Brewery. A very small snippet into the vast & successful history of the business.

We provide a fully inclusive heating and plumbing service from bespoke design through to completion. This includes; design, supply, plumbing, tiling, plastering. We take care of the entire process and seamlessly integrate the various trades, our qualified team has many years of experience delivering bathroom installs to an extremely high standard both domestically and commercially. On our initial visit, we run through your requirements and the different options, we will then supply a ‘no-obligation' quotation.
