West London Fencing is a specialist fencing contractor run by me, Tim Smith. We supply and fit beautiful, safe and secure fences that provide you with a little more privacy and pleasure from your garden or commercial property. I began as a sole trader in 2011 and set up as a limited company in February 2014. Since first starting we have had Year on year growth as a business and thousands of very happy clients. Our suppliers provide us with only the highest quality products, all our timber is pressure treated so you won't need to apply any treatment yourself.
There are many types of panel on the market - we can install any type for you if you have seen one you like. The two most common types of panel that we install are overlap and closeboard however modern and stylish contemporary panels are also becoming increasingly popular. Please look at our gallery for some examples of the various types of panel fencing available. Thanks for the great work on the fence, looks good. Your guys did a great job and loved breaking out all that old concrete! A lot more work then was bargained for but all done with good humour and finished on the day.
From our initial consultation with Tim through to the end of the job, the team were reliable, tidy, friendly and have done exactly what they said they would do, on time and with pride in their work. Special mentions to Martin who put up our fence and Tony whose attention to detail was second to none in laying our new patio. We are so pleased with the job we are already looking forward to having them back to do more work next year! I am really happy with the finished job and with the whole process.
Picket fencing is generally chosen for its decorative feel and homeliness. Whilst creating a boundary for your property it does not create a barrier. When we install this type of fencing we will discuss the width and type of pickets, the shape of the tops and can provide you with a matching gate. Although the timber is pressure-treated for durability, most of our clients like a painted picket fence and so we'll discuss this with you at our no obligation survey. Thanks for the great work on the fence, looks good.
We can also supply and install various garden gates constructed using 145 x 28mm frame and clad with 14mm tongue and groove boards. These can either match your existing fencing or complement the style of your garden and outdoor space. All our gates are installed with the necessary fittings and a keylocks / code locks can be fitted if required. Thanks for the great work on the fence, looks good. Traditional closeboard fencing is constructed on site and is built on site using vertical featheredge boards fixed to arris rails. This type of fencing does offer more flexibility than panels if you needed to avoid established trees or plants. It can also be easily constructed on slopes without the need for 'stepping'. Even though we only use pressure-treated timber, a gravel board will always be installed to protect your fence by preventing the grain of the timber from coming into contact with the ground.
