Repairs to guttering and rhones done. Due to volume of work at the time I initially phoned I had to wait a bit for initial quotation appointment but the job wasn’t urgent so was ok with that. Communication throughout was excellent and both the quotation visit and the work were carried out exactly as discussed. Very happy with Tully Roofing and would definitely use again.

Tully repaired my leaky roof (when other roofers didn't manage to). The service was exceptional and the price very fair. When Mr. Tully came to look at the job he really took the time to listen to me and thought carefully about what the problem might be before talking me through everything. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Work carried out early November 2022. I had lost faith in Scottish workmen. However Tully Roofing Ltd diagnosed and fixed a longstanding ceiling leak in our son's bedroom. No other Company seemed to know what to do but Brian the Boss did. Absolutely did what he said they would. We paid a very reasonable price. Susan in the Office kept us updated. The Team were professional, approachable and best of all knowledgeable so all went well. Also no hanging about, the work was done over two days. I haven't written the Review until now as had to check all was well. All is well. Awful weather recently has proven Tully are the Company I will use for roof maintenance and will recommended to anyone with an ear. Thank you so much Brian and all at Tully. My roof nightmare is over. Faith in Scottish Roofer at least restored.

Excellent service from initial call out to detailed analysis and tender submitted to work completed. Both Brian and Robert were delightful and completed the work to the level expected.
They turned up on time, kept us informed of progress and gave advice about any potential future work should it be needed.
We were so impressed we immediately asked them to do two other jobs on the outbuilding roof and gutters.

Great company. Honest, friendly tradesmen who didn't try to pull the wool or upsell. Clear descriptions of work needed to solve my problem of damaged harling. Plus also covered a shed roof. Great communication as a family firm with good support for scheduling, organisation and quick patient responses to my many queries. They are busy for a reason. Good value too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and use again. I did my homework and they had great reviews so lots of happy customers.

Our ridge tiles were last bedded in 10 years ago and much of the cement had eroded away leaving cavities. The work was completed to the agreed schedule and on budget. This apart, they matched the cement to the colour of the roof tiles, which was a nice surprise and they did a small repair to our guttering free of charge. The work was carried out with quiet efficiency and tidily.
Brian and Susan run their business in a friendly and professional manner. Their estimate was sensible and realistic, unlike others which appeared to be based upon an assessment of our ability to pay rather than the condition of the roof.

Communication is clear, work is professional, from quotes to booking to talking through whats needed and whats been done on the day.
The team work hard and get on with each other well, and they cleaned up afterwards!
This is the second time I've used them. I highly value their manner and work methods and would use them for all roof works - if only they weren't booked out for so long in advance! :-D

I was very impressed with the choice of work available which was explained really well to me. I was not under any pressure to take any and they were both outlined in my quotes. I decided to opt for UVPC as this would be maintenance free. On the day of the work I found the roofers to be very friendly and worked really well as a team. The job was outstanding and I am over the moon with it. Everything cleared up and taken away after them. Attention to detail was very good. I would highly recommend them.

Tully Roofing undertook repair works to my roof. They issued a quote in advance which was agreed - however the work took less time and they automatically adjusted my bill.
The team were lovely guys, polite, hard workers, tidy. I have used them before and I will use them again.

Brian was clear and concise with quoting and prioritised the emergency repairs. They couldn’t work on the intended day due to weather conditions but came out on a Saturday to get the work done. Friendly and polite service with great efficiency and communication from the office team. Will use again and happily recommend.

We did a lot of research into finding the right people to fix our New Town roof and were really happy with our choice of Tully Roofing. They did a fantastic and extensive job to fix our leaks and were timely and tidy with great communication along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly, enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and reliable also. Competitively priced with no hidden extras. Can't recommend highly enough.

Repairs carried out to the roof, chimney and a new Velux window replaced. We were informed at every step how the work was to progress and I even got a call to say that the scaffolding would be delivered later in the day than planned! Not that I would have noticed.
I cannot rate this company highly enough.
Nothing was a problem. Everyone was so polite and the area was left spotless.

Brian and his team carried out various repairs to the roof which was leaking. They were friendly, punctual, professional and, of course, fixed the leak. They also cleared the guttering and downpipes for me.
Additionally, during the recent adverse weather I asked Tully to come out and check-over the roof, which they did without question/cost.
They also were one of the most reasonable quotes I received and I will use them again.

As a retired chartered surveyor with 40 years experience in the building industry, I found Tully Roofing an excellent contractor. We required the rear elevation roof in our Victorian house to be reslated with new slates together with some other ancillary works including the renewal of all skews and the rebedding the chimney pots.
The quotation for the works was clear, concise and competitive. It also indicated a start date and the time the works would take. The works started on time and were completed within the time frame given in the quotation.
Brian and his team were efficient and extremely courteous. At the end of each day, the site was cleared up and Brian explained what work had been undertaken during the day and what was planned for the next day.
I would highly recommend Tully Roofing.
