They were out quickly, diagnosed the issue with our boiler and gave us a fair and balanced opinion on whether to replace it with a new model. When we opted for the replacement they had it ordered and fitted for us in no time at all and with no fuss. I'd very happily recommend M Spencer Plumbing and Heating to anyone.
Another great job done by Matt and a colleague. Had a new combi boiler put in and a very old system took out. It was a very big job but Matt and his colleague worked tirelessly and never stopped all day. Any hiccup they came across they sorted. So professional, clever, reliable and friendly. Would totally recommend and will definitely be using him again as we have done in the past.
