If you're thinking of an extension, big or small CWN Developments Ltd will guide you through the maze of creating the space you need for your family and lifestyle. CWN Developments Ltd has years of experience in the field of house extensions all over South East England. The benefits of having a house extension are almost endless, giving you more space, more flexibility and not to be forgotten, a significant increase in the value of your property.
Even if you have extended your home, converted your garage into living space or added an extra room or two, making the most of the available space can still add comfort and order to your life. Good interior design is more than just about colours and shapes, it is about making your home fit your lifestyle and needs. Talk to our experienced interior design consultant to see how much more you could be making of the space that you have.
If you live in a semi-detached house and need more space, a great way to avoid party wall issues and to help your extension project run smoothly, is to collaborate with your neighbours. These two neighbours did just that and as a result both have created individually designed spacious open plan rooms with natural light, due to the use of roof lanterns and large folding sliding doors. Both retain small differences where it counts, but an exterior that keeps the overall appearance of the two properties harmonious.
CWN Developments Ltd specialises in bathrooms and wet rooms from classical to contemporary design. If you want a free standing bath or minimalist shower room, a wet room or en-suite facility we can advise you on products and design taking care of every aspect to make sure your project runs smoothly. You can be sure that your new bathroom will be designed to fit your budget, combining your ideas with our expertise, using furniture and fittings from a wide choice of manufacturers to offer the highest possible quality for the finished job.
This beautiful old cottage in Little Hallingbury had all the charm you could want in a home, but lacked space and modern facilities. To create a light and airy living space centred on a new kitchen, the entire roof was removed and vaulted over a modified footprint to give more room. The kitchen was then sensitively planned to incorporate modern convenience and facilities, while keeping in character with the rest of the building. The result is a practical and beautiful mix of ancient and modern. For more project images, including before, during and after photographs of the works, visit our gallery page.
We design and install kitchens to the highest standard. Your brief is discussed and refined and our kitchen design is tailored to reflect your individual personality.
