From our first meeting to completion of the works JB windows were a pleasure to deal with, very rare in this day and age. Having worked as a Building surveyor for 38 years prior to retirement I inspected many installations and pleased to say this installation which was not totally straightforward was faultless.

J&B Windows fitted replacement windows for me this week. These chaps take so much pride in their work and are very thorough. They were well organized, worked very tidily and left my house clean. Even the windows were sparkling - no finger prints or stickers left on the glass, or tape on the frames. Great care and consideration for my home and property was much appreciated and I felt totally at ease to trust them in my home while I went to work. The finished job is excellent. I have no problem recommending them and have already asked for a quote for further work. 100% how a business should be run - a rare thing these days!

For most traders the work is routine and good what separates this company from others is when something goes wrong. We had cladding fitted to the front of the house that distorted and looked a mess. They immediately investigated what went wrong and said they would correct the problem. They believed they had received faulty cladding. Any way the final result was that they came back, spent 1 1/2 days removing everything, starting again and making a fantastic job. I know this cost the company a lot of money but they rectified the problem at their own cost. I would recommend this company to everybody.
