The builders contracted us to bring in the power from an adjacent building via a SWA (Steel Wired Armoured) cable. The cable needed to be routed via underground ducting and clipped to the source building. Once the main cable was in place we installed a fuse board which fed the power and lighting within the unit. Inside the building, the cabling required a 20mm galvanised conduit.

The Brief: We were approached by an international developer who required a UK based and UK qualified electrical contractor and we were appointed to assist in the refurbishment of the site. To date we have carried out removal of the pre-existing electrics and audio system and installed new cabling. The Brief: The customer had purchased a house and wanted the property to be fully gutted, extended and refurbished. Their architect contacted us directly with a set of drawings and requested our services to consult on the design for the full rewiring of the house and to undertake the electrical and mechanical work required. The entire project took 9 months to complete. First the plaster was taken off the walls and we were then able to install new cabling and duct work for the MVHR (energy efficient heat recovery system).
